Expenses Software for Interior Design and Shopfitting

The expense entry module of Tailored Interiors allows for rapid, accurate entry of expenses against jobs. The expenses may be booked against in-house jobs as an internal charge, or they may be recharged to clients on their own invoice, or as part of another invoice. In this way, invoices may be issued either monthly or at the end of the project and decisions can be made about how many of the expense items to bill and at what mark up.

Automatic pricing of mileage and some other expense charges can be made per client using client contract pricing. Additionally, expenses may be sent through an approval cycle to further improve their accuracy and accountability.

Like the time entry module, data can be entered either by each user through the Internet/Intranet or centrally through a back office function.
