Purchasing Software for Interior Design and ShopfittingFor multiple supplier management, the purchasing function of Tailored Interiors is unrivalled. This module lets you create purchase orders for all the items that you require from a range of suppliers, at the push of a button. As many interior design/shopfitting projects involve multiple suppliers and products, the functionality of this module was a key element in the design of Tailored Interiors. The purchasing module also handles the entire purchasing cycle, commencing with the budgeting of expenditure using the estimating module. The incoming purchase invoice register can match invoices to one or many orders, partially or fully and across many jobs if required. Ordering samples, and re-dispatching items for upholstery or further work can all be done quickly and easily through the purchasing function. All purchase invoices are logged through the system, and can then be imported automatically to your existing accounts package, reducing your accounting overhead at the same time.
